RATES FOR CLASSROOM WORKSHOPS

AN ARTIST FROM THE ONTARIO ARTS COUNCIL CAN OFFER YOU SOME AMAZING DEALS ON THEATRE AND ARTS PROGRAMMING IN YOUR CLASSROOM. THEATRE - FACE PAINTING - PLAYWRITING - IMPROVISATION

Christine Harvey is a professional theatre practitioner with a teaching degree and extensive experience in the classroom including as a regular classroom teacher. She is an award winning playwright who has been published around the world. She has successfully directed over 150 plays. She currently runs The Not So Amateur Amateurs non-profit young people's theatre company and the Kingston Kiwanis Music Festival. 

$60 for an hour/$100 for 2 hours of teaching:

Face painting, playwriting, improvisation or theatre skills with mini-performances


$140 for 3 hours/$200 for a full day of teaching:

Face painting, playwriting, improvisation or theatre skills with mini-performances (or a combination of these)


$750 for a week of 1/2 days:

Face painting skill instruction, a series of playwriting workshops with each student producing a short script, improvisation instruction culminating in an improvisation performance or theatre skill games and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these). 


$750 for a week of full days:

Face painting skill instruction, a series of playwriting workshops with each student producing a short script, improvisation instruction culminating in an improvisation performance or theatre skill games and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these). (The theatre and playwriting program can be with up to two different groups. The improvisation with unlimited groups and the face painting with unlimited groups.)


$1300 for two weeks:

Face painting skill instruction, a series of playwriting workshops with each student producing a short script, improvisation instruction culminating in an improvisation performance or theatre skill games and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these).


$750 for one hour a week for 10 weeks:

Face painting workshops, playwriting workshops, theatre skill work and mini performances or improvisation activities.

$750 for 1.5-2 hours a week for 12 weeks:

Face painting workshops or improvisation activities 


$1000 for 1-3 hours a week for 12 weeks:

Culminating with a session end performance for family and friends to enjoy.
 
These extremely low rates include - Top-knotch instruction from a professional, qualified drama/arts teacher with 15 years experience teaching in classrooms across Ontario, Full props, costumes, art supplies and theatre resources, HST, Planning time, Gas, Evaluation tools and advice from a qualified teacher (optional).


$300 for a full day:

Teaching face painting, playwriting, improvisation or theatre skills with mini-performances (or a combination of these)


$1000 for a week of half days: 

In classroom teaching face painting skills, script writing workshops, improvisation culminating in an improvisation performance and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these).


$1200 for a week full days:

In classroom teaching face painting skills, script writing workshops, improvisation activities culminating in an improvisation performance and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these). (The theatre and playwriting program can be with up to two different groups, the improvisation with unlimited groups and the face painting with unlimited groups.)


$2000 for two weeks:

In classroom teaching face painting skills, script writing workshops, improvisation activities culminating in an improvisation performance and rehearsals culminating to a session end performance (or a combination of these).
